Terms of Service

Last updated: July 9, 2026

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of Forge (the “Service”), operated by Exhort Technologies (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and API keys. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. You will not, and will not permit others to: use the Service to violate any law; infringe the intellectual-property or privacy rights of others; upload malicious code; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems; or use the Service to generate unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the briefs, source material, brand assets, and other content you submit (“Your Content”), and of the documents and presentations you generate. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to submit Your Content.

4. AI-generated output

The Service uses large language models to generate outlines, designs, and deliverables. Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and editing generated content before relying on or distributing it. The Service is provided as a tool and does not constitute professional advice.

5. Third-party model providers

Depending on your configuration, prompts and content may be transmitted to third-party model providers (for example, Anthropic or an OpenAI-compatible endpoint you configure). Your use of those providers is subject to their terms and policies.

6. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time. We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to the Service or others.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Exhort Technologies will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
