- Content you submit — briefs, source files, brand assets, and the documents and presentations you generate.
- Usage data — basic technical logs such as timestamps and request metadata used to operate and secure the Service.
- Messages you send us — for example, the name, email, and message from our contact form.
How we use information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
- To generate the outlines, designs, and deliverables you request.
- To authenticate you and secure your account.
- To respond to your inquiries and support requests.
AI model providers
To generate content, we transmit relevant prompts and material to the model provider configured for your account (for example, Anthropic or an OpenAI-compatible endpoint). We do not sell your content. Those providers process data under their own terms and policies.
Service providers
We rely on a small number of processors to run the Service, such as our hosting and database infrastructure and our email provider (Mailjet) for transactional messages like contact-form delivery. They may process information only to provide services to us.
Data retention
We retain your account and content for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated content by contacting us.
Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect information, including password hashing, hashed API keys, encrypted transport, and session protections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
